Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the merchandise is returned in its original condition, factory-sealed, and free of any signs of use.
Items that have been opened, removed from their original packaging, or show evidence of use are not eligible for a refund.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all approved returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrectly delivered.
Once we receive and inspect the item, the corresponding refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
