Shipping policy
At KM Solution Sales (operated by KMSOLUTION LLC), we work to ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely. Below are our shipping terms:
Shipping Cost: We offer Free Shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
Shipping Area: We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or any destination outside the United States.
Order Processing: Orders confirmed and paid before 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) are processed and shipped the same business day.
Business Hours: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Weekend Shipping: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Packaging and Security: All products are shipped in their original packaging, carefully sealed and protected to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
